Carina is a writer from Northeast Ohio. She recently earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, where she graduated summa cum laude and fell madly in love with the Appalachian Mountain region. She served as managing editor of Speakeasy Magazine, Ohio University’s premier online news and culture publication, and interned with NBCUniversal at iVillage. She has written about everything from female monster truck drivers to Pretty Little Liars conspiracy theories.
Don’t ever trash talk Cleveland or Taylor Swift near her. She has an embarrassingly large crush on Harry Styles and thoroughly enjoys writing about herself in the third person.
